Then prioritize these things and concentrate on them. Everything else you can delegate to other people. This way, you will have quality of life but still get things done.

Avoid added sugar. When you take sugar, you feel energized for a short period of time. This can make it easy for you to pick up a sugar filled snack, so as to keep your energy up. But after you take sugar, your blood sugar will rise. Consequently, insulin levels will rise up to counter the blood sugar and this will leave you in a slump.
