How To Live A Whole Healthy Happy Life

Aristotle summarized human existence as pursuit for happiness. The problem is that a lot of people are working tirelessly to achieve this state but it remains elusive. The situation gets complex when you realize that happiness for one person differs from that of another. Is it possible to live a whole healthy happy life in the world today? Well, here are tips that will get you closer to happiness in life.

Cultivate inner peace. If the heart is not at peace, there will be no way of radiating the same to others. This requires the resolution of pains and anxieties that you have been living with. Be at peace with institutions, own body, family, friends and all aspects of your life. This offloads a huge burden off your heart and ushers you into a transformational life.

Make attempt to be social. Share in the happiness of other people. Let them join you when you are celebrating. This takes your mind off stressful thoughts. It also helps you to build beautiful memories with people around you. Share your concerns and anxieties with family members, friends and persons within your circles. A social person lightens his or her burden of life by sharing it with other people.

Begin to do things differently. This calls for a routine change. Do not just wake up and go to work or meet the same people. You end up fatigued and bored. Pursue new engagements, people and places that stretch your imagination. This opens a new dimension in life that you might have no idea about. It also provides new experiences that are more exciting.

Explore your spirituality. This is not for everybody but the few who explore the possibility have gotten excellent rewards. Begin by attending religious or spiritual activities. Over time you begin to offer your time and skills. This commitment and the engagements that come with it make you a happier person. You begin to work and think of other entities beyond yourself. Your life becomes about the bigger picture.

Engage the body and mind in some activities. Exercises are known to make everyone vibrant. You do not require sophisticated equipment, programs and trainers. Rather, simple exercises like taking a walk around the park and engaging friends or family are enough. Watch the horizon and appreciate nature. The exercises should engage the body, mind and soul.

Remove all the clutter in your life. Organize your room, desk, bag and all aspects of your life. You have to look at baggage that is hanging around your physical, social, mental and emotional space. Avoid thoughts that do not make you happy or advance the course of your life. Friends or relations that are not valuable also need to be dropped. This leaves you with more time to engage the important persons and activities in life. Emotional baggage should also be avoided if you are to enjoy happiness.

Take care of your body and be ready to pamper it. An aching body or a person who is hungry will never be happy. Choose your foods wisely, take time off to relax and go on vacation as well as avoid taking too many responsibilities that you have no time to care for yourself. Happiness is a combination of factors and has to be pursued relentlessly.
